Access codes, promo codes and complimentary access

Redeem a code

1. Open Membership.
2. Under Have an access or promo code?, type your code.
3. Tap Redeem code. You'll see which plan unlocked and until when.

• Your plan card shows where your access comes from — Paid, Trial, Promo access, Complimentary or Admin-granted — and when it ends.
• Complimentary access is given by the Racer IQ team. You don't need to do anything.
• If you have more than one, you get the best one. When it ends you return to your paid plan or Racer Free — your data stays.

Tip Some codes are only for new accounts or have a redeem-by date. If a code won't work, the message tells you why.
