Using the Racer IQ Assistant
The Assistant helps you find things and get jobs done across Racer IQ. The Race Engineer is for analysing your driving.
Assistant or Race Engineer?
- Racer IQ Assistant — the round button at the bottom right of any page. It answers questions about the page you're on and your records, and can offer to make changes for you.
- AI Race Engineer — its own page for questions about your driving: fastest laps, consistency, setups and series regulations.
How changes work
- Ask the Assistant to do something.
- It shows what it plans to change on a card.
- Nothing happens until you confirm. Confirmed changes appear in Settings → Assistant activity, where some can be undone.
What it can see
Only your own Racer IQ records and what you're allowed to see — never other members' private data. It sends your question, your last few messages, the page you're on and the records it needs. Recent chat stays on this device and is cleared when you sign out.
