Contact & Support

1. Open Contact & Support from the footer or the Help Centre.
2. Fill in name, email, category, subject and message.
3. Tap Send message — you'll see "Message sent ✓".

Report a problem opens the form with Technical problem selected. It adds only the page you came from, your device type and the time.

Tip Messages are stored for the Racer IQ team to read. Only the team can see them.

Payment, receipt or card questions? Paid members can open Membership → Manage billing to see invoices and update their card. For anything else about billing, choose the Account category.
