Privacy when selling a car
What buyers can and can't see.
- A listing can only show what's already on the car's public car profile — and you can hide more of it for the listing.
- Setups, maintenance, costs, private notes, telemetry and AI Race Engineer chats are never shown.
- Location is the suburb or city and state you type — never a street address.
- Your email and phone appear only if you type them into the listing. Racer IQ messages keep your email private.
- Showing the driver is optional, so you can sell without showing your driver profile.
Tip Your car's QR code keeps pointing to the car profile. While the car is for sale, that profile shows a View listing link.
