Tracks and track layouts

Many circuits have several layouts. Picking the right one keeps lap times, personal bests and replays accurate.

Queensland Raceway, for example, has Switchback, Clubman, Sprint, National and Sportsman layouts — a 1:10 on one is not comparable with another.

Telemetry: Racer IQ uses the layout to recognise laps.
Lap analysis: personal bests are kept per layout.
Race Replay: cars are only drawn on a track map once that layout's map has been checked.

Tip If you see "Track map being verified", that layout's map hasn't been checked yet. Your sessions still work — only the drawn map waits.
