Cancelling, refunds and failed payments

Cancel your membership

1. Open Membership → Manage billing.
2. Choose Cancel subscription and confirm.
3. You keep Plus or Pro until the end of the period you've paid for, then move to Racer Free. You won't be charged again.

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel before your next renewal date to avoid the next charge.

Refunds

To request a refund, contact the Racer IQ team through Contact & Support. To stop future renewals yourself, cancel in Membership → Manage billing. If a payment is fully refunded, that paid access ends straight away. If a payment is disputed with your bank, paid access is removed and renewal stops.

If a payment fails

Stripe will try your card again and email you. Your access continues for 7 days while you update your card in Manage billing. If it still can't be paid, your account moves to Racer Free.
