Add a sponsor

1. Racer: open Public profile → My sponsors. Vehicle: My Garage → your vehicle → Sponsors tab. Team: your team page (owners). Race Series: your series page → Sponsors & partners (owners, admins and editors).
2. Tap Add sponsor and search. If the business is already on Racer IQ, tap Use.
3. Not there? Tap Create new sponsor, add its name and optionally a logo, website, description and social links. If a similar name exists you'll see "This Sponsor may already exist" — pick it or carry on.
4. Set an optional category (pick a suggestion or type your own), a short description, the display order, and whether it shows publicly.

• Public sponsors show on your public racing profile, vehicle page, team page or series page — only when that page is itself public.
• Private sponsors stay in your own list. Adding a sponsor never publishes a private vehicle or profile.
• Only you control the wording of your relationship. Creating a sponsor doesn't make you its manager once the business claims it.
• "Relationship confirmed" means the claimed sponsor confirmed that relationship through Racer IQ. If a sponsor says it isn't correct, it's hidden from public pages until you correct or remove it — it's never deleted automatically.
